I was supposed to be in Providenciales in Turks and Caicos enjoying the kind of paradise they have there. But I changed my itinerary upon check-in while in Manila. This is to avoid hurricane Irma that is to hit the Caribbean come Wednesday. So I flew straight to my second destination, Arkansas. I was picked up by my nanay, sis, bro-in-law and the kids. 4 Sept is labour day and they brought me to the first activity-kayaking by the lake. It was my first time to do this. I am proud to say that I enjoyed it, i felt brave to do it, paddling alone.
It was good fun. I paddled to the right and it just kept me going in circles, same thing when i just rowed to the left. Paddling left and right allowed me to cut through waves and wind and sail forward to the deeper part where I moved faster. When our time was up I rowed back to the shallow end. I was more relaxed but I got stuck on the weeds and made it difficult for me to paddle out.

I got stuck at the shallow part of the river. |
In life, if you do not work hard, you will be just circling around and won't go far. With both hands, and head focused on a direction, you'll move swifter and freely. You can run over waves and conquer the strong wind. Stay away from shallow people. You will get stuck and make it difficult for you to reach your goals. There is also one thing that I did while in the waters. I prayed. :)
